Ashtanga Yoga

Ashtanga comprises of two words Ashta (Eight) and Anga (Body parts or limb). The philosophy behind Ashtanga yoga is to integrate all the eight limbs of Yoga i.e., Yama, Niyama, Asana, Pranayam, Pratyahara, Dharana, Dhyana and Samadihi.

Pre-Natal Yoga

A specially designed programme for pregnant women. During pregnancy women undergoes different physiological changes including their mental status. Pre-Natal yoga takes care of both mother and the new life inside her.
